About TechEdproductions

TechEdproductions exists to support organizations navigating critical ERP decisions.

We work on the customer side of ERP initiatives, helping leadership teams regain clarity, restore confidence, and make informed decisions when financial, operational, and organizational risk is elevated. Our role is not to sell technology or accelerate delivery, but to ensure the business has the judgment and governance required to move forward deliberately.

This focus is intentional. ERP initiatives require experience, independence, and the ability to articulate trade-offs—especially when pressure is high.

Why TechEdproductions Exists

Most companies struggle when implementing large business systems (ERP). Usually, you hire an implementation partner—the firm that installs the software. These partners are essential, but their focus is often narrow: meeting timelines, checking off features, and technical configuration.

What is often missing is an independent advocate for the business.

TechEdproductions was formed to fill that gap. We don’t sell software, and we don’t work for the software vendor. We work for you. We ask the questions that technical teams often overlook:

  • How will this technical choice affect our bottom line next year?

  • Will our people actually be able to do their jobs with this new process?

  • Does this system still support our actual business goals, or are we just “checking boxes”?

Our Perspective: Senior Expertise, Not "Just More Staff"

We aren’t a typical consulting firm. Our leadership brings over 60 years of combined experience, including nearly a decade at Microsoft helping develop the very “Success by Design” standards used to keep Dynamics 365 projects on track.

We specialize in ERP Strategy, Planning, Optimization, and Implementation. When a project is under strain, no longer meets the business’s needs, or feels like a “black box” of technical jargon, we provide the clarity needed to regain control.

How We Work

Independence is our core value.

  • We don’t do “Fixed-Fee” delivery: Those models often ignore the reality of your business. We work in phases, starting with an assessment or stabilization, so you only pay for the progress you see up to a full implementation.

  • Business Terms First: We translate complex system decisions into financial and operational reality with a focus on your data. AI can enhance your ERP environment, but are you ready and is it right for you? We can help you decide.

  • Direct Accountability: You work directly with senior architects—the same experts who have stabilized distressed ERP initiatives for some of the world’s largest organizations.

Our Leadership Team

Eduardo Rios
Chief Executive Officer & Principal Solution Architect

Eduardo Rios brings over 20 years of experience leading ERP transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, customer engagement, and enterprise integration. As Chief Executive Officer and Principal Solution Architect of Techedproductions LLC, Eduardo serves as the firm’s architectural authority and executive advisor—guiding organizations through complex ERP decisions that directly affect financial integrity, operational performance, and long-term scalability.

Prior to founding Techedproductions, Eduardo spent eight years at Microsoft, where he supported large enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, financial services, energy, healthcare, and regulated industries. In this role, he served as a senior solution architect and program leader, embedded with executive case teams to stabilize distressed ERP initiatives, guide large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, and advise C-suite sponsors on architectural tradeoffs and transformation roadmaps. During his tenure at Microsoft, Eduardo contributed directly to the development of delivery and risk-management practices that evolved into what is now known as the Success by Design methodology—emphasizing proactive risk identification, business alignment, and disciplined governance.

Eduardo’s expertise spans Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Project Operations, with deep architectural experience across integrations, data migration, security, and enterprise-scale governance. He is a Dynamics 365–certified and is frequently engaged to assess implementations for architectural soundness, evaluate customization versus standard capability, and define value-realization roadmaps that extend well beyond initial go-live.

What distinguishes Eduardo’s approach is his ability to translate complex platform decisions into clear executive guidance. He approaches ERP not as a system deployment, but as a business operating model—ensuring that design decisions support auditability, scalability, and day-to-day operational reality. His work consistently bridges strategy and execution, helping leadership teams understand how early design compromises can create downstream risk, and how disciplined choices compound long-term value.

Eduardo has led ERP initiatives across all phases of the lifecycle—initial implementations, distressed recoveries, post-go-live stabilization, optimization, and AI-enabled enhancement. His experience spans multi-entity global organizations, asset-intensive operations, regulated manufacturing, service-based businesses, and complex hybrid ERP landscapes. This breadth enables rapid pattern recognition and practical judgment grounded in real-world delivery, not theory.

At Techedproductions, Eduardo provides direct, senior-led accountability on assessments, implementations, recoveries, optimization programs, and AI-enabled ERP initiatives. His focus is on helping organizations make informed decisions, protect ERP investments, and build systems that remain reliable, auditable, and adaptable as the business evolves.

Miguel Hidalgo
Principal ERP Architect

Miguel Hidalgo brings over 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives across ERP, operations, and technology-enabled business change. His career spans ERP implementations, recoveries, process redesign, and optimization programs, with a strong emphasis on governance, execution discipline, and measurable business outcomes.

Miguel has held senior leadership roles across global and regional organizations, leading cross-functional teams in finance, operations, supply chain, IT, and asset-intensive environments. His experience includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, legacy ERP platforms, and complex hybrid landscapes, where he has served as a solution architect, finance process lead, and transformation advisor.

With a foundation in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMP), and executive-level operational leadership, Miguel approaches ERP not as a system deployment, but as a business operating model transformation. His work consistently bridges strategy and execution—ensuring decisions made in design translate into sustainable, auditable, and scalable operations.

Accountability in Miguel’s engagements is direct, senior-led, and outcome-driven. He brings practical judgment informed by real-world delivery experience, understanding how ERP design choices affect financial integrity, operational performance, and long-term scalability—not just system configuration.

Miguel’s experience spans multiple industries and operating models. This breadth enables rapid pattern recognition—identifying how governance gaps, data quality issues, organizational design, and configuration decisions interact, and how small compromises early in a program can create significant downstream risk.

Having worked across all phases of the ERP lifecycle—initial implementations, distressed recoveries, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous optimization—Miguel advises with context, not theory. His focus is on building systems and operating models that support growth, withstand audit scrutiny, and remain adaptable as the business evolves.
